Usain Bolt may be the fastest man alive, but he likes his BPMs surprisingly slow and steady. We’ve done some digging and found that the 25 year-old likes music that’s almost impossible to run to.
The sprinter, who last night set an Olympic record breaking time of 9.63 seconds in the Men’s 100m Final, enjoys a mix of US hip hop and reggae, the music born in his home country of Jamaica.
